No guarantee of results.
Creative work is inherently subjective. Dawn Infinite Labs makes reasonable professional efforts on every project but does not guarantee that any deliverable will meet a client's subjective creative expectations, achieve a particular business outcome, or perform in any particular way on third-party platforms (social media, streaming, search, etc.).
Equipment, venues, and events.
For event and wedding videography, Dawn Infinite Labs is not responsible for circumstances outside its control that affect coverage, including venue restrictions, weather, lighting conditions imposed by a venue or officiant, schedule changes communicated late or not at all, equipment failure despite reasonable precautions, or acts of other vendors, guests, or third parties. Backup equipment and card redundancy are used where practical, but no coverage is guaranteed against total data loss from causes beyond reasonable control.
Third-party content.
Where a project involves music, footage, fonts, or other assets licensed from third parties, the client is responsible for confirming that any license they supply or request permits the intended use. Dawn Infinite Labs is not liable for claims arising from a client-supplied asset's improper licensing.
AI-assisted work.
Creative AI production and AI consulting deliverables may incorporate AI-generated or AI-assisted content. Clients are responsible for reviewing AI-assisted deliverables before publication or commercial use, including for factual accuracy and compliance with platform policies applicable to their own use case.
Limitation of liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dawn Infinite Labs' total liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the amount paid by the client for that specific project. Dawn Infinite Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
